A new publication by prof. Tomasz Koncewicz

On the Verfassungsblog website, an academic blog devoted to the problems of constitutional law in European countries, published in cooperation with the Humboldt University in Berlin, the article by prof. Tomasz Koncewicz entitled "From Captured State to Captive Mind. The authoritarian train's last stop" has been published. Starting from the recent events around the trial of two historians, prof. Jan Grabowski and prof. Barbara Engelking the author presents his reflections on the challenges of "politics of memory" and the difficult process of remembering and reckoning about what happened in the past. The analysis emphasizes that to really take a step forward, we must not forget about our historical experience and the law and lawyers have a special role to play in this regard.
