Taxes and Tax Consulting
Education in the field of Taxes and Tax Consulting is carried out as three-year first-cycle program (Bachelor, full-time and extra-mural) and two-year complementary program (Master, extra-mural). Application for Bachelor program can be made by holders of secondary school graduation certificate (matriculation certificate), whereas for Master studies - by holders of any Bachelor title. The main objective of education in the field of Taxes and Tax Consulting is to offer students advanced competences in tax law and accountancy of both, theoretical and practical character. The syllabus includes almost all issues covered by the examination for tax adviser, which can be taken after completing appropriate internship.
Knowledge acquired during education marks the graduates out especially for work in tax, financial, accountancy and legal departments in companies, tax consulting offices, tax authority and tax audit authority institutions. Graduates of first-cycle program are granted the professional title of Bachelor which allows the holder to apply to complementary Master program in any other field of study and also to continue education on post-diploma studies. Graduates of second-cycle program are granted the professional title of Master. Graduates of Master studies may continue education on postgraduate studies and third-cycle studies (doctoral), also in the field of law.
