Our Guest will give an online lecture on: „Pathways to Digital Transformation: Comparative Analysis of e-Government Development in the Republic of Korea and the Republic of Uzbekistan” on Thursday, April 25, 2024; 7:15 – 9:00 CET

This lecture aims to analyze and compare the digital transformation paths of public administration in the Republic of Korea and the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The lecture will begin with an overview of the history and development of e e-government in both countries, identifying key stages and achievements in this field. Next, a comparative analysis of the strategies adopted in the Republic of Korea and the Republic of Uzbekistan for digitizing public administration will be conducted. This analysis will include an assessment of the technologies used, innovative approaches, and the effectiveness of implementing programs for digital transformation.Throughout the lecture, key factors contributing to successful digital transformation in both countries will be examined, as well as the obstacles they face. Special attention will be paid to cultural, economic, and political aspects influencing the development of e e-government. In conclusion, the lecture will highlight the prospects for further development of e e-government in the Republic of Korea and the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as lessons that can be learned from the experience of each country for the successful implementation of digital strategies in the future.
