Aisha Al-Ammari, an Assistant Professor of Law at Qatar University's College of Law, specializes in Criminal Law, offering diverse courses in the subject. She earned her LL.B. degree in 2012 and completed her LL.M. at the George Washington University Law School in 2014, followed by an SJD degree from Case Western Reserve University Law School in 2019. Aisha's doctoral thesis focused on "Anti Anti-Corruption in Qatar: A General Understanding of the United Nations Convention Against Corruption & Its Impacts." In 2019, she represented QU Law in an exchange program with the University of Padua Law in Italy. She later graduated from the Governmental Leadership Program at the Qatar Leadership Center in 2020. Currently serving as the Head of Public Law Department, Aisha previously held the position of Assistant Dean for Student Affairs at the College of Law. In Early 2024, she represented QU Law in another exchange program with the University of Gdansk Faculty of Law and Administration. Aisha actively contributes to the College of Law through committee involvement, conference participation, and research papers in the field of law.
