Ms Carmen Vidal Pérez is a Research Assistant at the Department of Public Law, Art and Cultural Law at the Heinrich-Heine-University Düsseldorf in Germany.

Ms. Vidal Pérez is also a Ph.D. Candidate (Doctoral thesis on the position of the Federal Constitutional Court in the political structure of the Federal Republic of Germany).

During her legal career she was a research assistant in various international law firms.
