Conference : Cuestiones Jurídicas entorno a la delimitación del espacio aéreo y ultraterrestre

The School of Spanish and Latin American Law at the Faculty of Law and  Administration at the University of Gdańsk in cooperation with Spanish Association of Aviation and Space Law (AEDAE)  invites everyone to participate in the Conference titled Cuestiones Jurídicas entorno a la delimitación del espacio aéreo y ultraterrestre./Legal issues surrounding the delimitation of airspace and outer space, which takesplace in Spanish and in English on 13 March 2024 at 19.00 CET, classroom 2042.

* The Conference Cuestiones Jurídicas entorno a la delimitación del espacio aéreo y ultraterrestre. /Legal issues surrounding the delimitation of airspace and outer space organized by the School of Spanish and Latin American Law in cooperation with Spanish Association of Aviation and Space Law (AEDAE) will take place on 13 March 2024, at 19.00 CET, classroom 2042.

President of the Spanish Association of Aeronautical and Space Law (AEDAE), President of the Section of Aeronautical and Space Law of the Illustrious College of the Madrid Bar Association, Director of the Aerospace Legal Observatory AEDAE & UCM G-BioDIn Law, Member of the Committee of the Spanish Network of Planetology and Astrobiology (REDESPA), General Director of the Lobby Lunar Latino AEDAE & AEGORA, Director of the Bulletins of the Aerospace Legal Observatory AEDAE & G-BioDIn Law, Deputy Director of the Spanish Journal of Aeronautical and Space Law (REDAE), Director and professor of the Space Module of the Postgraduate Course Specialist in Aeronautical and Space Law, ICADE Law School, Pontifical University Comillas in collaboration with the Spanish Association of Aeronautical and  Space Law. Yolanda Bustos MorenoProf. Yolanda Bustos Moreno

Associate Professor of Civil Law at the University of Alicante, Spain. Vice-president (aeronautics) of the Spanish Association of Aeronautics and Space Law (AEDAE), member of the Advisory Board of the Aerospace Legal Observatory AEDAE & UCM. Advisory board in the U-space European COMmon dEployment (U-ELCOME) project, coordinated by Eurocontrol Innovation Hub. Director of the consolidated Research Group of the UA "Civil Liability", member of the "Law and New Technologies" and of the Chairs in AI (National Artificial Intelligence Strategy, ENIA) of the UA. Participant in a dozen competitive R & D projects on AI, tort law and biomedicine. Lecturer in undergraduate and postgraduate courses at the Universität Osnabrück, EPJ-UCM, UAM, ICADE and CEU San Pablo. He has done research stays at the Université Pantheon-Assas and at the Westfälische Wilhelms Universität (Münster) and about 50 publications (5 monographs) in national and international journals of recognized prestige. She is a member of the International Network of Jurists and Experts on Vulnerability (INJEV) and the European Law Institute (ELI). Lawyer at ICAM. Arbitration Lawyer (AEDAE).


 

Rafael Moro AguilarProf. Rafael Moro Aguilar, LL.M

a member of the board of the Spanish Association of Aeronautical and Space Law (AEDAE), a member of the International Institute of Space Law (IISL), and a member of the Space Law Committee of the International Law Association (ILA). He has worked as a legal advisor on international space matters for law firms, companies, and the Spanish Government, having served for over 20 years as a member of the delegation of Spain to the United Nations Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space (COPUOS). He currently works as an adjunct professor of International Law at Florida International University in Miami, USA. He is also a professor at the Space Module of the Postgraduate Course, “Specialist in Aeronautical and Space Law”, organized by the ICADE Law School of Madrid in collaboration with the AEDAE. He is a regular speaker at conferences and symposia in the USA, Spain, and elsewhere, and he has an extensive number of publications, including articles in specialized journals and participation in collective works.
