The Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdańsk recently welcomed Dr. Shatha Abdul Jalil from Prince Mohammad Bin Fahd University in Saudi Arabia for discussions on international academic cooperation.

From 19 to 23 May 2025, our Faculty hosted another edition of the “International Week” series – Spring International Week 2025, which formed part of a broader international event organised by the University of Gdańsk, bringing together 23 participants from 9 countries.

On May 5, 2025, the Faculty of Law and Administration hosted the opening of the exhibition and seminar entitled “Dialogues on Humanity.” The event was a collaborative initiative of the Department of International Law, the Embassy of Switzerland in Poland, and the Delegation of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in Poland.

As part of the Gdańsk Master Lectures series, the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdańsk had the pleasure of hosting Prof. Harold Krent from Chicago-Kent College of Law for two outstanding lectures on American constitutional law and the influence of artificial intelligence on the justice system.

The Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdańsk had the honor of hosting Atty. Patrick J. McKinley, former District Attorney from Santa Barbara, California, for a series of captivating lectures on American criminal law and criminal procedure.

We were honored to host Ms. Vandanet Hing from the Royal University of Law and Economics, Cambodia at our Faculty of Law and Administration. During her visit last week, Ms. Hing delivered a series of engaging lectures on constitutional law for Polish law students and presented a fascinating session on “The Contribution of the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia (ECCC) to the Development of International Criminal Law Jurisprudence.”
