A collective monograph on Legal Ethics in Poland

coverA new book: "Legal Ethics in Poland. Foundations. Professions. Principles. Responsibility" has just been released by C.H.Beck. It is a collective monograph whose scientific editor is Sebastian Sykuna, Sc.D. from the Department of Human Rights and Intellectual Property Law. As indicated in the subtitle, the monograph is divided into four chapters, namely: Fundamentals of Legal Ethics in Poland, Legal Professions in Poland, Principles of Polish Legal Ethics and Disciplinary Responsibility in Poland. The authors of individual subsections are scholars of the University of but also — the University of Warsaw, the University of Wrocław, Kazimierz Wielki University and the Polish Academy of Sciences.
