Assoc. Prof. Tomasz Koncewicz participated as the panelists in a special session in the European Parliament

Assoc. Prof. Tomasz Koncewicz participated as one of the panelists in a special session of the Democracy, Rule of Law, and Fundamental Rights Monitoring Group in the European Parliament. The event was devoted to the primacy of European law in the EU Member States. 

At the invitation of the Committee on Civil Liberties, Justice and Home Affairs of the European Parliament and Sophie IN 'T VELD, MP, Chair of the Democracy, Rule of Law, and Fundamental Rights Monitoring Group in the European Parliament, Assoc. Prof. Tomasz Koncewicz participated in an expert panel devoted to the principle of primacy of European law and its reception in the latest jurisprudence of national constitutional courts.
