On June 21, 2021, prof. Kamil Zeidler (Department of Theory and Philosophy of State and Law) and Aleksandra Szydzik (Department of Constitutional Law and Political Institutions) took part in Law and Humanities Roundtable 2021: „Change and the Law”. During the session they delivered a lecture entitled "Aesthetics of Law: Does the Beauty of Law Play any Role During Times of Pandemic?".
The aim of their speech was to ask the question about the possible links between law, beauty, and times of pandemic. The main considerations focused on the aesthetic aspects of lawmaking, leading to the concept of the aesthetics of legislation, which is one of the manifestations of the aesthetics of law in internal terms.
The Law and Humanities Roundtable 2021: „Change and the Law” was organized by the editors of the journal "Law and Humanities" and its publisher – Routledge / Taylor & Francis.
