Participation of Robert Obrzud, MA, LL.M. in a discussion at the Higher Regional Court of the Oberlandesgericht in Cologne (Germany)

On 25 October 2021, Robert Obrzud, MA, LL.M. (Department of the Commercial Law) took part in a discussion on "My Future as a Lawyer in Europe - This touches the Next Generation of Lawyers from France, Poland and Germany" held within the walls of the Higher State Court Oberlandesgericht in Cologne (Germany). The event was organized by the Government of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia in Germany with the presence of the Minister of Justice of the State Mr. Peter Biesenbach MdL, Minister for Federal and European Affairs and International Affairs of the State Dr. Stephan Holthoff-Pförtner and the President of the Constitutional Court of the State Prof. Dr. Barbara Dauner-Lieb in cooperation with the University of Cologne (Germany). The participants discussed topics concerning modern justice as well as the training of lawyers, focusing in particular on the issues of digitisation of court proceedings and the daily work of lawyers.
