Ethical Frameworks for AI and Autonomous Systems in the Digital Economy
Artificial Intelligence (AI) increasing in automated decision systems globally across different sectors like finance, healthcare and recruitment transforms efficiencies but raises ethical concerns around fairness, transparency and accountability given technology's opacity. Despite recognition of risks like algorithmic biases and lack of accountable, ethical governance lags.
This lectures examines AI application within digital finance for ethical gaps to formulate governance architecture guided by risk proportionality, transparency and democratic oversight. A scalable assessment methodology quantifying bias and model opacity issues is proposed with localized verification across target East European and Central Asian countries.
This solution-focused ethical framework to balance AI innovation and accountability adds value for students as future technologists, policymakers and legal practitioners appreciating technology regulation's socio socio-technical dimensions in Web 3.0. We will assess problems, synthesize insights across cases, craft tailored governance components and appraise implementation readiness.
