AI Intricacies: Deepfake as a Model for Emerging Crimes”

We'll dive into the subtle intricacies of how deepfakes serve as a model for emerging crimes, delving into real real-world scenarios and their potential implications. Additionally, gain valuable insights into cutting cutting-edge strategies and countermeasures designed to navigate the ever ever-evolving landscape of AI AI-driven offenses.

Guest Lectures by Dr. Alaeldin Maghaireh (Ajman University, United Arab Emirates)Dr. Alaeldin Maghaireh graduated from the University of Wollongong in Australia. Currently, he serves as an Assistant Professor of Criminal Law at Ajman University (AU). Before joining AU, Dr. Maghaireh was an Assistant Professor and Chairman of the Law Department at Prince Mohammad bin Fahd University (PMU). He also served as a lecturer in Criminal Law at the University of Wollongong and the Centre for Transnational Crime Prevention (CTCP) in Australia from 2005 to 2014. Dr. Maghaireh is an expert in cyber criminology and Criminal Law and has published articles in both Arabic and English. His doctoral research, completed in 2009 at the University of Wollongong, focused on Cybercrime Investigation. Dr. Maghaireh holds a Graduate Certificate in Transnational Crime Prevention from the University of Wollongong in 2004 and a master s degree from Université La Sagesse in Lebanon in 2000
