Our guest will give lectures on: "Transplantation and evolution of law: the development of Trust Law in China"

We would like to thank Assoc. Prof. Edvardas Juchnevicius (Department of Financial Law) for hosting the guest at his classes.

Wang YangDr. Wang Yang is a lecturer from Law School, Ocean University of China. He pursued his academic journey at East China University of Political and Science and got a Master degree as well as a PhD Degree of Economics Law. He also holds Bachelor degrees both in Law and Economics. His primary research interests include financial law, trust law, and competition law.

He has published several papers on securities law and trust law and is now leading a project of the Ministry of Education of China relating to the justice of financial law in China.
