We are pleased to inform that we are hosting a visiting lecturer Prof. Tamara Hervey from The City Law School
 

    
Our Guest will give lecture on: "EU Health Law" on Friday, April 19, 2024; 11:15 CET/Auditorium C
The lecture will explore various aspects of EU Health Law, providing students with a comprehensive overview of the issues related to health policy in the European Union. Following the presentation, there will be a discussion session.

Guest Lectures by prof. Tamara Hervey, Jean Monnet Professor of EU Law (The City Law School)Tamara K. Hervey (LLB (Hons) (Glasgow), PhD (Sheffield), Fellow of the Academy of Social Sciences, Principal Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, Honorary Fellow of the Faculty of Public Health) is Jean Monnet Professor of EU Law ad personam at the City Law School, City University, London. Her called-name is Tammy, and her pronouns are she/her. Hervey’s research interests include European Union health law, comparative health law, legal research methodologies and legal pedagogy. From 2016-2023, she also worked on the effects of Brexit on health law and policy. She is author of 21 books and over 200 other publications. Hervey works with a large network of academics across Europe and in North America. She also regularly co-produces work with third sector entities and with students.
