Cooperation with Tashkent State University of Law

Assoc. Prof. Edvardas Juchnevicius from the international cooperation team and Dr. Damian Cyman (Department of Financial Law) have just returned from a visit to our partner university - Tashkent State University of Law (TSUL) in Uzbekistan.

In addition to guest lectures of our researchers delivered as part of the Erasmus Plus program, there was a series of meetings with the highest authorities of the University, also with the participation (remotely) of the vice-dean for scientific cooperation and development, Assoc. Prof. Marcin M. Wiszowaty. During the meetings, the issues of developing further cooperation between our universities in the field of legal studies and scientific activity were discussed. The cooperation between our Faculty and TSUL has been going on for several years. Despite the pandemic difficulties, both scientists and students from our universities conducted or took part in classes at a partner university. We believe that the cooperation will develop with undoubted benefits for both parties.
