On Thursday, November 25, the "International Round Table - teaching challenges during Covid-19" was organized on the Zoom platform, co-organized by our Faculty in cooperation with Bar-Ilan University (BIU) from Israel. Two introductory papers to the discussion were delivered by our lecturers: Assoc. Then a discussion was opened, moderated by Assoc. Prof. Edvardas Juchnevicius, Dean's plenipotentiary for international cooperation. Discussion participants presented their experiences and thoughts on the title topic of the seminar. The discussion was attended by - on the part of our Faculty (apart from the speakers and moderator) Assoc. Prof. Marcin Michał Wiszowaty - Vice-Dean for International Cooperation and Development. On the part of our Israeli partners: the Academic Director of the International School Prof. Rachel Dekel, BIU Erasmus Director Daniel Schuval and representatives of the BIU Law Faculty: Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Oren Perez, Prof. Michal Alberstein and Dr. Omer Yehezkel Pelled. The meeting was conducted in a very substantive, but also friendly and cordial atmosphere. We've learned that we had and still are facing similar problems and challenges of teaching during Covid-19 pandemic as our Israeli partners. We learned a lot and came to similar common conclusions from the discussions. We look forward to strengthening and developing our cooperation with Bar Ilan University. We thank our friends from Israel for their presence and valuable contribution, and we wish you: Happy Hanukkah!
