About the Speaker:

Guest Lectures by Assist Prof. Akshaya Kishor (Manipal University Jaipur, India)Assistant Professor of Law at Manipal University Jaipur, India, and a Visiting Scholar at the University of Gdańsk, Poland. He is currently pursuing a PhD specializing in Data Privacy.

He holds an LL.M in Constitutional Law from the University of Allahabad (A+ Grade) and is a Certified Network Security Analyst from ICSI, United Kingdom. His teaching and research interests span Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, Personal Law, Sustainable Development, and Data Privacy.

Prof. Kishor has published extensively in prestigious academic journals and has presented at national and international conferences. He also serves as a reviewer for high-impact journals in socio-legal studies, infrastructure law, and security studies. Additionally, he is a Guest Editor for Conflict Resolution Quarterly (a Scopus-indexed journal).
