He holds an LLM degree from Penn State Law, USA, where he developed a deep expertise in international and cyber law. His academic work focuses on digital regulations, cybersecurity law, and the development of robust legal frameworks for quantum technologies.
Islombek's research delves into how legal systems must adapt to new challenges posed by quantum computing, including data security, cryptography, and international policy harmonization.
