About the Speaker:
ATTY. Manish Vashishtha, MA is an Certified Mediator in Supreme Court Mediation Centre, New Delhi, AOR and a visiting faculty in Noida International University and various other institutions of international repute.
He was appointed as State Counsel for Indian Government in Supreme Court of India. He appeared in various important constitutional cases related to Narcotics and Planning Commission of India.
He is alumni of Law faculty of Delhi, Delhi University and has completed his Masters in Law. He specialised in Intellectual Property Law and International Trade Law from Indian Law Institute, New Delhi.
His area of interest are Trademark, ADR (Arbitration and Mediation), Constitutional matters, International Trade Law and Information Technology (AI and Cyber Crime).
He has recently been a part of Indian delegation of Bar Association of India (BAI) to Combodia.
