About the Speaker:
Natallia Dashkevich, MA is a legal expert with a diverse academic background, having studied law at universities across Asia, Russia, and Europe. She is currently pursuing an Environmental and Energy Law LLM Program at the University of Birmingham, Great Britain, further deepening her expertise in this vital legal field. She is also a graduate of our School of International and Advanced Problems of Law and now returns as a lecturer to share her knowledge and experience in energy law with the next generation of legal professionals.
Her research interests focus on Energy and Environmental Law, aligning with her commitment to sustainable development and global energy policies.
She works as a Legal Officer at a leading company engaged in the construction and operation of oil and gas facilities and power plants. In addition to drafting EPC contracts and other legal agreements, she plays an active role in legislative proposals, investor consultations, and participation in international conferences on energy law and policy. As a visiting lecturer, Natallia is passionate about showcasing the importance of energy law in today’s world. She aims to inspire students to explore this dynamic and influential field, emphasizing its role in shaping economies, environmental sustainability, and international legal frameworks.
