LECTURE TOPIC
This foundational lecture will explore the fundamental objectives and functions of Private International Law (Conflict of Laws) in the contemporary legal landscape. Professor Rademacher will examine how private international law serves as the essential framework for managing legal relationships that transcend national borders in our interconnected world.
We cordially invite all members of our academic community to participate in this exceptional opportunity to engage with one of Europe's leading authorities on private international law. The lecture will provide both theoretical depth and practical insights into this essential field of contemporary legal practice.
The Faculty extends its sincere gratitude to Professor Arkadiusz Wowerka (Division of Private International Law) for organizing this valuable academic event.
