Prof. Dr. Sardor Bazarov is the Head of the International Private Law Department at Tashkent State University of Law (TSUL), a position he has held since 2013.
He holds a PhD in Law and brings extensive expertise in international private and commercial law to his academic leadership role. Prof. Bazarov completed his legal education at Tashkent State Institute of Law, earning his Bachelor's degree in Jurisprudence (2001-2005) followed by a Master of Law (LLM) specializing in International Commercial Law and Private International Law (2005-2007).
His academic career at TSUL includes serving as Senior Lecturer and Associate Professor in the International Commercial Law Department from 2016 to 2019. Beyond academia, S. Bazarov gained practical legal experience working as a lawyer for Enter Engineering Pte. Ltd. in Uzbekistan from 2019 to 2020, enriching his theoretical knowledge with real-world commercial law practice. With over a decade of experience leading the International Private Law Department, he has established himself as a prominent legal scholar and educator in Uzbekistan's legal education system.
His dual expertise in international private law and commercial law, combined with both academic and practical experience, positions him as a key figure in developing legal scholarship and education in Uzbekistan. Dr. Bazarov's work focuses on bridging theoretical legal concepts with practical applications in international commercial transactions and cross-border legal disputes.
