sarvarHead of the Department of Social Sciences at the Tashkent State University of Economics (TSUE), with about 15 years of professional experience. In 1998, he completed a master's degree in Public Finance Management at the Banking and Finance Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan. He also graduated from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2003 with a master's degree in International Relations. He defended his DSc dissertation in sociology in the specialty: “Social structure, social institutions and lifestyle”. 
He has more than 10 years of experience in the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as 10 years of experience in the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, including about 5 years as Deputy Speaker of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan. 
He authored about 150 scientific publications, as well as 4 scientific monographs and more than 20 different educational and methodological manuals. He has gained experience in various courses in the UK, Switzerland, Austria, the Czech Republic, in the Institutions of the International Monetary Fund and the World Trade Organization. He is a specialist in sociology, finance, international relations, and has practical experience in the field of economic law.
