azizaAziza Marasulova is a Senior Lecturer in International Law at Maqsut Narikbayev University (KAZGUU University) in Astana, Kazakhstan, and an Expert in International Law at the Institute of Legislation and Legal Information under the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan. She is a specialist in international human rights law and academic writing, with particular expertise in human rights treaty mechanisms and international legal education. Aziza teaches courses in International Human Rights Law, the Law of Treaties and Treaty Bodies, International Organizations, Legal Writing, Academic Writing, and Academic Integrity. She holds a Master’s degree in International Protection of Human Rights and is currently pursuing a PhD in Law at RUDN University. She was a Fellow of the Central Asian Legal Research (CALR) Fellowship at Tashkent State University of Law from 15 to 28 September 2025.
