babayevAssociate Professor at the Civil Law Department of Tashkent State University of Law (TSUL), with 26 years of professional experience. He previously served as the Head of the Master’s Program Department at TSUL, contributing extensively to both research and teaching. He successfully defended his Ph.D. dissertation: “Problems of Consumer Rights and Civil Liability for Their Violation”. He specializes in Civil Law, Family Law, Civil Procedure, and Private International Law. He has authored approximately 80 educational, methodological, and scientific publications. His international experience includes participation in: 1st Leadership Capacity Enhancement Program for Senior Officials from Uzbekistan (South Korea, 2018). Workshop on Anti-Corruption in Healthcare (Istanbul, Turkey, 2018) 4th Global Ministerial Summit on Patient Safety (Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, 2019). Research internship at the Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Gdańsk, Poland (July 17-28, 2023) With a strong background in civil law and consumer rights, he continues to contribute to legal education and policy development through his research, academic activities, and international collaborations.
