Kristine Arzumanova is an IMI (International Mediation Institute) psychologist-profiler, legal scholar, and educator specializing in mediation diplomacy, international law, and the intersection of artificial intelligence with alternative dispute resolution (ADR). She is the President of the International Association of Mediators and Poly-Experts (IAMPE), an organization promoting mediation as a tool for peace and conflict resolution worldwide, and the CEO of the unique project “Mediation Theatre”. With extensive experience in international conferences, youth competitions and advanced training programs, Kristine integrates legal, cultural, and technological perspectives in her teaching and research. Her PhD research explores the role of AI-assisted mediation diplomacy in enhancing culturally sensitive dispute resolution within international legal frameworks, with a comparative focus on Middle East post-conflict countries, Caucasus, Africa and Latin America. She is an academic member of International Political Science Association (IPSA-ASIP), honorary Ambassador of Italian ADR association, lecturer, and more.
