The Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Gdańsk, is pleased to invite you to a Guest Lecture by Ms. Kristine Arzumanova from New Vision University, Georgia.
📖 Lecture Topic: "Behavioral Evidence in Legal Practice”
📅 Date: Thursday, October 22, 2026
⏰ Time: 19:15 – 21:00 CET
💻 Format: Online
This lecture presents an advanced legal examination of truth, evidence, and conflict resolution through the integration of behavioral analysis and modern ADR practices. It explores how lie‑detection profiling, cognitive indicators, and structured legal reasoning strengthen evidentiary assessment and decision‑making in mediation and complex disputes. Using real cases from international practice, the session demonstrates how behavioral signals reveal inconsistencies, support legal argumentation, and enhance the accuracy of conflict analysis. Students gain a rigorous understanding of how contemporary legal frameworks incorporate profiling, AI‑assisted evaluation, and ethical standards to achieve fair, reliable, and human‑centred justice.
Join us to gain valuable insights into the Behavioral Evidence in Legal Practice, presented by an experienced academic with a global perspective.
