„Tort Law in Poland” (Wolters Kluwer Intl.) – co-edited by Prof. Ewa Bagińska

We are pleased to announce that after an 8-year break, the second, updated edition of the publication devoted to Tort Law in Poland has been published.

The editors of this interesting volume are Prof. Ewa Bagińska (Chair of the Department of Civil Law at our Faculty) and Dr. Magdalena Tulibacka (Emory University School of Law).
