About the Lecture:
Comparative federalism is the study of different federal systems across countries, examining how power is distributed between central and regional governments. It explores the structural and functional differences in federal arrangements, focusing on how diverse nations balance autonomy and unity within a federal framework. The analysis often covers aspects like legislative authority, fiscal distribution, judiciary roles, and political dynamics, highlighting both the similarities and differences.

Guest Lecture by Assist. Prof. Ojal Ilamkar (Balaji Law College, Pune, India)Ms. Ojal Ilamkar is Assistant Professor at Balaji Law College, Pune, Maharashtra. She has completed her BA.LL. B from I.L.S. Law College, Pune in the year 2022 with Distinction followed by LL.M from prestigious National Law Institute University, Bhopal (NLIU) in 2023.

She began her teaching career as an Assistant Professor at a very young age. She is a dedicated legal professional with a strong academic foundation and practical teaching experience.
