Judge of the Odessa District Administrative Court, specializing in the resolution of public-law disputes; Doctor of Philosophy in Law. Her research for obtaining the academic degree of Candidate of Legal Sciences was dedicated to the topic: "Administrative and Legal Foundations for Resolving Disputes Arising from Public-Law Relations in the Pre-Trial Procedure”. She is also a lecturer at the National School of Judges of Ukraine and a certified trainer for the training of judges and judicial assistants. She conducts training sessions and lectures on the application of the case law of the European Court of Human Rights in administrative proceedings. She successfully completed the full training course "Human Rights Standards in the Practice of Lawyers and Judges" at the NGO "Ukrainian Helsinki Human Rights Union." Currently, her research interests focus on the application of European human rights standards in judicial proceedings, the improvement of regulatory and legal frameworks, and the procedures for implementing these standards in various forms of judicial review and enforcement of court decisions. She is the author of more than 10 scientific publications and has presented at international scientific conferences, including on the topic: "On Defining the Principles of Implementing European Human Rights Standards in Pre-Trial Settlement Procedures for Administrative-Legal Disputes in Administrative Proceedings" (DOI: 10.33244/2617-4154-3(16)-2024-166-174).
