Lecturer of the Intellectual Property Law Department at the Tashkent State University of Law. 
He graduated with a bachelor's degree in Private Law at Tashkent State University of Law and completed his master's degree in Intellectual Property law at the University of Aberdeen, United Kingdom. 
His professional experience includes roles at Commercial Court of Republic of Uzbekistan, Private law firms and Academic institutions.
His professional and academic interests include intellectual property law, legal technology, artificial intelligence in the legal profession, government, and sociology
