Nurbol Mukhtaruly Batyrbay is an Associate Professor, PhD at the Higher School of Law Adilet, Caspian Public University. 
With 20 years of professional experience in law, including 10 years in law enforcement agencies, he combines practical expertise with academic scholarship. 
Prof. Batyrbay practices as a lawyer with the Almaty City Bar Association and serves as a research team member on a grant-funded project (2024-2026) investigating "The Modern Transformation of the Kazakh Penitentiary System through the Mechanism of Public-Private Partnership." His teaching portfolio includes Criminal Law (General Part), Criminal Law (Special Part), Criminology, Penal Enforcement Law, Advocacy, and Criminal Procedural Law. Dr. Batyrbay has authored more than 30 scholarly publications, including monographs and textbooks on criminal law.
