Associate Professor and Deputy Head of the Cyberlaw Department at Tashkent State University of Law. His research primarily focuses on the protection of digital rights and digital property. He earned his Ph.D. in Law from Karakalpak State University and currently serves as the Academic Secretary of the Scientific Seminar at the Scientific Council. He is an active contributor to legal scholarship, with numerous publications on cyberlaw, digital property, and legal education reforms. Some of his notable works include: “Features of dissolution of marriage in the registry office with the mutual consent of the spouses and at the request of one of the spouses under the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan” – published in The American Journal of Political Science Law and Criminology (2024); “Practice-Oriented Approach to Reforming the Traditional Model of Higher Education with the Application of EdTech Technologies” – presented at the 4th International Conference on Technology Enhanced Learning in Higher Education (2024); “Civil Law Status of Virtual World Objects” – published in Eurasian Research Bulletin (2023). As a scholar and educator, he continues to advance research on cyberlaw, digital transformation in legal frameworks, and the intersection of technology and law.
