Dr. Rishi Raj Bhardwaj, is presently serving as an Assistant Professor at Mahindra University, Hyderabad, India. He has 18+ years of academic experiences and 10+ years of corporate experience with the leading chartered accountant firms in Delhi-NCR. He holds his Ph.D. in AI and IPR domain from Bennett University, Greater Noida. His multifaceted academic journey commenced with Commerce and Law Graduations from Saurashtra University, Rajkot; and gradually culminated into PGs in Commerce, Law, Finance & Operations, Human Resources & IT. Qualifying UGC-NET and CA-PEE-II from ICAI, he has earned his certifications from Cornell University in ‘Financial Regulation’ and ‘Ethics in Law’. His other certifications are from WIPO in various IPR domains. His major assignments had been in financial and statutory compliance audits of PSUs like AAI, BHEL, DMRC, GAIL, ISRO, LIC, MMTC, MTNL, PNB, SAIL, SBI etc. He has also served as a policy advisor to MSMEs and Startup Units in Delhi-NCR. With humble origins and perseverant way of life, he has an inquisitive passion for research in emerging technology laws, with common domains in Finance, Corporate Governance and Taxation. An ardent disciple of shaolin kung fu and a die-hard sci-fi fan. Dr. Bhardwaj has contributed research articles and book chapters in various publishing houses like Taxmann, Bloomsbury and in UGC CARE Journals as well. He has been a distinguished panelist in the AI, Data Privacy, Sustainability, Corporate Taxation and IPR domains with Indian Institute of Chartered Accountants, New Delhi, IIT-Bombay, Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur, Bennett University, Sharda University, Greater Noida, MIT-WPU, Pune, University of Dubai etc.
