Guest Lecture by Prof. Dr. Jakhongir Yuldashev (Tashkent State University of Law, UZBEKISTAN)Prof. Dr. Jakhongir Yuldashev is a doctor of Law, Professor and Deputy Head of the Civil Law Department at the Tashkent State University of Law. He served as a Head of the Office of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan. His research focuses on application of succession norms in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
