Ankit Shrivastava, LL.M. is an Assistant Professor and Convener of the Moot Court Society at Symbiosis Law School, NOIDA, is a legal scholar with a passion for unravelling the complexities of Copyright Law in the age of Artificial Intelligence. His academic journey includes an LL.M. in Intellectual Property Rights from The National Academy of Legal Studies and Research (NALSAR), Hyderabad, and a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur, where he specialized in IPR. Ankit is currently pursuing his Ph.D. at the National University of Study and Research in Law, Ranchi, focusing on the intricate dance between copyright regulations and AI. His expertise extends to various legal domains, including Cyber Laws, Cryptocurrency, and Competition Law. Ankit has presented multiple papers at international and national conferences and boasts several publications in SCOPUS-indexed journals.
