Student of the School of International and Advanced Problems of Private Law have started their classes.
Our students from partner Universities in Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan, participating in this year edition of the School of International and Advanced Problems of Private Law have started their classes a month ago.
This week they attend classes with Prof. Andrzej Krasuski, expert on privacy protection law, artificial intelligence and new technologies law. Title of the lectures: "Legal challenges of cyber security".
Dr. M. Łągiewska at the Annual Meeting of the ALSA (Hanoi, Vietnam)
Dr. Magdalena Łągiewska (Department of Public International Law) took part in the Annual Meeting of the Asian Law & Society Association: “Globalization, Technology and Uncertainty” in Hanoi, Vietnam.
In addition to her own presentation, she also had the opportunity to exchange opinions and discuss with leading researchers from Asia.
The international conference was organized at the Vietnam National University, University of Law.

We are pleased to announce that classes have started at the School of International and Advanced Problems of Law. The participants of the School - nearly 60 people - are mostly students from Uzbekistan (Tashkent State University of Law) with the participation of students from Kazakhstan (Faculty of Law, Caspian University).
International project with funding from the Polish-German Foundation for Science (PNFN)
On 8th July 2022, a project entitled "Economy, Finance and Sustainable Development (Wirtschaft, Finanzen und Nachhaltige Entwicklung)", the leader of which is the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdańsk, received a grant from the Polish-German Foundation for Science (PNFN) based in Frankfurt, Germany.

We are glad to inform, that the "Journal of Contemporary China" (Routledge Taylor & Francis Group, IF: 3,126) has just published a paper “International Dispute Resolution of BRI-Related Cases: Changes and Challenges” by Dr. Magdalena Łągiewska (Department of Public International Law).
As the author wrote in the abstract:
