Guests - Law Trainees from Schwerin (Germany)
On Tuesday late afternoon, our Faculty was visited by young lawyers from Germany - law trainees doing their legal training at the District Court in Schwerin (Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Germany).
Practice in court is - just like in Poland - a mandatory element of professional training for law graduates who intend to pursue one of the traditional legal professions.
Our guests toured the Faculty accompanied by the Vice-Dean for International Cooperation and Development, Assoc. Prof. Marcin M. Wiszowaty. In the Prof. Jan Grajewski Court Room, a short lecture and discussion on the Rule of Law and the sources and manifestations of the constitutional crisis, as well as the current situation in this area and foreseeable prospects, was held.
We would like to thank our guests for their visit and interesting conversations. We encourage you to visit our Faculty, Gdańsk and Poland again!
