New monograph on labor law

CH Beck publishing house published a new monograph 'Introduction to Polish Labour Law with Cross-Border Aspects' by prof. Jakub Stelina, Monika Tomaszewska, D.Sc and Marta Zbucka-Gargas, PhD. The purpose of the publication is to present the most important solutions of the labor law.

The authors also included cross-border issues, taking into account the high mobility of workers. The monograph aims at presenting Polish legal regulations on employment of foreigners, including increasing legal awareness of people coming from abroad to work in Poland.
