We are pleased to announce that on November 15-21, we will host a visiting professor at our Faculty. Prof. Svetlana Pavlovna Moroz will deliver guest lectures on Business Law and Tax Law.

Prof. Svetlana Pavlovna Moroz graduated with honors the Faculty of Law of the S.M. Kirov Kazakh State University in 1988.
She has worked as a lecturer in various universities in Kazakhstan.
In 1994, she successfully defended her PhD thesis on the topic "The Right to a Subsoil Concession in the Republic of Kazakhstan" at the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. During 1997-1999, S.P. Moroz was a scholarship holder of the State Scientific Scholarship for Young Talented Scientists, as well as the Executive Secretary of the Expert Council on Fundamental Research of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 2001, S.P. Moroz was awarded the academic title of associate professor in the specialty "Jurisprudence" by the decision of the Presidium of the Higher Attestation Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and in 2008 - the academic title of professor in the specialty "Jurisprudence".
In 2005, S.P. Moroz successfully defended her doctoral dissertation on the topic "Theoretical Issues of Investment Law (Civil Law Aspect)" By order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 30, 2005, S.P. Moroz was recognized as the winner of the republican contest "The Best University Teacher" in 2006 and the holder of a state grant.
From 2015 to the present, S.P. Moroz has been the dean of the Adilet Law School at the Caspian University in Kazakhstan.
Prof. NS. Moroz is the author of more than 150 published works on the issues of investment, business, civil law and subsoil use law.
