Scientific visit of Dr. Michał Szypniewski to La Sapienza (Rome, Italy)

Dr. Michał Szypniewski (Department of Labor Law) visited the University of La Sapienza in Rome (Italy) as part of the Erasmus+ programme.

His lectures for Italian and foreign students concerned the Labor Law of the European Union with particular emphasis on the right to strike and the posting of workers, as well as the most important issues of Polish labor law.

Italian students were particularly interested in the Polish institution of amending notice, the issues of remote work, work-life balance and changes in contracts for a trial period and a fixed period.
