SEA-EU Alliance: Visit of a delegation from I. I. Mechnikov National University of Odessa (Ukraine).

On Wednesday, representatives of the authorities of the I. I. Mechnikov National University of Odessa (Ukraine), Prof. Andrii Smitiukh, Vice-Rector for Research, Teaching and International Cooperation and Prof. Tetiana Stepanova, Chair of the Department of Constitutional Law and Justice accompanied by Mrs. Magdalena Sawicz, Head of the International Cooperation Office of the University of Gdańsk, visited our Faculty.

The guests met with the Vice-Dean for International Cooperation and Development, Assoc. Prof. Marcin M. Wiszowaty and Dean's Representative for International Cooperation, Assoc. Prof. Edvardas Juchnevicius.

Talks on the fields of future, potential scientific and didactic cooperation between our universities lasted nearly 3 hours.
I. I. Mechnikov National University in Odessa as a seaside university applies for the status of an associate member in the SEA-EU Alliance, to which our University belongs.

We wish our colleagues from Ukraine to obtain the desired status, which will undoubtedly facilitate the establishment of cooperation.
First of all, we wish them the fastest possible end to the war and the advent of peace in Ukraine.
