The lecture will explore foundational ethics for AI and autonomous decision-making, with attention to transparency, accountability, bias and fairness, human oversight, and risk management across finance, services, and public-sector use cases. It will also touch on regulatory trends and practical implications for lawyers, policymakers, and technology leaders.

About the Speaker
Assist. Prof. Naeem Allah Rakha is a professional lawyer and faculty member at the Tashkent State University of Law.
His courtroom background has shaped strong litigation expertise, complemented by significant experience guiding anti-corruption reforms—including service as vice-chairman of a special monitoring committee.
He contributes specialized expertise in cyber law, preparing next-generation legal minds.
The author of 30+ publications, he continues to publish prolifically, with a vision focused on integrating ethical AI frameworks into legal systems.
