Participation of dr. Magdalena Łągiewska in the ECLSA conference in Copenhagen

We are pleased to announce that Dr. Magdalena Łągiewska, Assistant Professor at the Department of Public International Law and Director of the Confucius Institute, took part in the 16th edition of the European China Law Studies Association conference at the University of Copenhagen on 21-23 September 2022. The conference was organized by the Center of Excellence for International Courts (iCourts), the Danish National Research Foundation, Study Hub for International Economic Law and Development (SHIELD), Center for Private Governance (CEPRI) and the University of Copenhagen Law Faculty. During the conference, Dr. Łągiewska gave a lecture entitled “Resolution of Sino-foreign disputes within the Chinese Free Trade Zones” and moderated the panel entitled “Legal Aspects of China’s Belt and Road Initiative”.
