Dr Georgii Sibirtsev Strengthens Academic Cooperation with Huế University, VIETNAM
On May 15, an adjunct in the Department of Substantive Criminal Law and Criminology at the University of Gdańsk, Dr Georgii Sibirtsev, participated in an international conference organized at Huế University in Vietnam, delivering a paper titled Critique of Psycho-Psychiatric Expertise in Michel Foucault’s January 8, 1975 lecture at the Collège de France'.
As a result of the conference, an academic article was published, as well as a monograph co-authored with Vietnamese specialists.
On May 16, Dr Sibirtsev gave a lecture to the students of the Faculty of Law on the topic Legal Regulation of the Jury Trial: A Comparative-Legal Perspective”.
We sincerely hope that further cooperation with Huế University will be fruitful.
