Important rules and Syllabus

Comparative International and European Legal Studies Programme for ERASMUS students
for the Winter & Spring semester of the academic year 2026/2027!

Erasmus incoming students applying for mobilities in academic year 2026/2027 may now choose from the courses listed below. These courses have been granted either 8 ECTS for the obligatory courses and 4 ECTS for optional courses.

Rules for choosing courses:
You must choose at least two (2) of the obligatory courses and at least two (2) optional courses each semester, depending on the length of your mobility.
You may also choose courses from the University of Gdańsk's general list of courses offered by other Faculties. Courses from other Faculties must constitute the minority of your overall ECTS score for a semester (you must score the majority of ECTS from this CIELSP offer at the Faculty of Law and Administration). When choosing courses other than CIELSP, please contact relevant Departmental Coordinator to obtain consent to attend these courses.
Reservations on choosing the courses:
The Dean of the Faculty of Law and Administration may decide that any of the courses will not open in a given academic year due to the number of interested students below a certain number set by the University's policies. Students choosing the cancelled module may be reassigned to other courses.
Language requirements:
All the courses listed below within the CIELSP programme are offered entirely in English, including any written or oral assignments expected to be completed individually by the student. The minimum level of English fluency is B1; however, at least B2 is strongly recommended.
