On September 8-10, 2021 the annual congress of the European Environmental Law Forum (EELF) was held. EELF is the largest international association of environmental lawyers. Our Faculty in cooperation with 9 foreign universities from India, Malaysia, Russia and Spain is co-organizing "Global Summer School on Law & Ethics of Artificial Intelligence" which is held from June 26 to July 18, 2021. July 17 is the "Polish Day". The theme of the day will be: "AI after the pandemic - trends and challenges".

Within the Horizon 2020 project Reconnect - "Reconciling Europe with its Citizens through Democracy and Rule of Law" (RECONNECT) MA Krystyna Warylewska-Kamuś took an active part in the Principles of Democracy Working Group 5 (WP5).  

Assoc. Prof. Tomasz Koncewicz participated as one of the panelists in a special session of the Democracy, Rule of Law, and Fundamental Rights Monitoring Group in the European Parliament. The event was devoted to the primacy of European law in the EU Member States.
